AIM The content of baicalininScutellalriabaicalensisGeorgi.inthedifferentpartswasdetermined byRP HPLC .METHODS ThemobilephasewasamixedliquidwithMeOH Water H3PO4( 60∶40∶0 .2 ) .Standard curveshowedalinearitywithintherangeof0 .360 .84μg/ml(r=0 .9995 ) ,theaveragerecoverywas 99 2 8% ,and RSD =1 .4% (n =5 ) .RESULTS Theresultsshowedthatthecontentofbaicalinishighestinthebark (cortex) part of Scutellalria baicalensis Georgi.
