摘要：

<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种严重危害身体健康的重要慢性呼吸系统疾病,因为患病人多,起病隐匿,病死率高,社会经济负担重,已成为各国重要的公共卫生问题[1-2]。美国胸科协会(ATS)和欧洲呼吸协会(ERS)指出[3],肺康复是以循证医学为基础,结合多学科,为有症状的慢性肺损害的患者设计的个体化综合性干预方案;肺康复着重于减轻患者症状、优化功能状态、提高参与率,通过稳定或逆转疾病临床表现,达
