摘要：

针对语义网环境下知识服务过程中存在的不足,着力于将语义网中的相关技术应用到知识服务的过程中,如在提供检索服务过程中集成Semantic Markup Inference、建立基于XML的即时信息服务程序、建立基于Ontology的用户档案模型系统等。以优化现有的知识服务过程,基于用户特征提供主动的知识推送服务,提升语义网环境下高校图书馆知识服务的价值。
