单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的关系

摘要：

心肌缺血/再灌注损伤是一个重要的临床问题,而临床上对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的防治尚缺乏有效的方法。近年发现单核细胞趋化蛋白-1在心肌缺血再灌注的早期出现并呈动态变化,抑制其出现和发展会影响心肌缺血再灌注动物的表现和预后。对单核细胞趋化蛋白-1进行干预可能成为未来新的治疗方向。
