摘要：

糖尿病是结核病重要的相关性疾病之一,糖尿病患者是结核菌的易感者。两病并发时,其临床症状及x线表现可不典型,易产生误诊、漏诊,认识其特点是正确诊断的基础。坚持两病同时积极治疗的原则,合理控制血糖,适当延长抗结核治疗疗程,可取得良好疗效。
