摘要：

<正>肿瘤的发病率逐年升高,且发病年龄有年轻化的趋势,恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及定位相对困难,死亡率高,严重危害人类健康。现在肿瘤和心脑血管疾病,成为发病率和死亡率最高的两类疾病。为了科学、合理地将肿瘤标志物(tumor marker,TM)应用于肿瘤的筛查、诊断、预后评估、疗效监测、复发预测等环节,中华医学会检验分会、卫生部临床检验中心和中华检验医学杂志编辑委员会共同制定TM的临床应用建议。本建议在制定过程中,主要参考了美国临床生化学会(National Academy of Clinical
