That a great number of electronic publications emerge as a result of the rapid development of information digitalization technologies brings a lot of new problems to existing copyright protection system and becomes a focus of great attention in international intellectual property right circles.This article discusses the definition,characteristics and interactive hierarchy of electronic publications.It also describes the hierarchic protection of the intellectual property right on the interactive hierarchy and the method of technological protection.
