探索式与利用式产品创新的治理机制匹配研究

摘要：

以我国制造企业为研究对象,探讨供应商网络管理中不同治理机制对探索式与利用式产品创新的影响关系。实证结果表明:探索式创新倾向于规范治理和契约治理共同使用,规范治理有效调节契约治理对探索式产品创新的影响;利用式产品创新倾向于契约治理,规范治理有效调节权威治理对利用式产品创新的影响。
