摘要：

目的:为深入研究黄芩中黄酮类化合物抗肿瘤作用及其机制提供参考。方法:查阅国、内外文献,对黄芩中黄酮类化合物体内、外抗肿瘤作用的研究进展进行综述。结果与结论:黄芩中黄酮类化合物主要包括黄芩素、黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A等,其可通过影响细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、影响花生四烯酸的代谢、抑制端粒酶等多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用;黄芩中黄酮类化合物具有广泛的抗肿瘤作用,其有望发展成新的抗肿瘤候选药物。
