脑出血分级量表的临床应用价值

摘要：

目的 :评价一种新的脑出血分级量表的临床价值。方法 :采用Hemphill等最近提出的脑出血分级量表 ,对我科 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 1年 2 0 5例脑出血急诊住院病人进行了回顾性调查。结果 :脑出血患者的 30d病死率随着脑出血分数增加而升高。结论 :脑出血分级量表是一个简单易行 ,能对预后判断作出迅速的初步评价 ,值得临床试用。
