网络志评析:一种探索在线社群的定性方法

摘要
如何研究在线社群成员互动行为?网络志从在线观察的视角展现了一种全新的定性研究方法。这一方法根植于民族志方法,结合了在线社群的互联网技术平台,具有方便快捷、成本低廉、资料丰富、侵入性低等特征。规范地使用网络志方法需要遵循五个步骤,学术界已形成了定性模式和定性定量结合模式等两种研究模式。网络志方法也存在一些局限性,四个方面的建议有助于改善网络志方法的应用。
