摘要:
破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)是一种多核巨细胞,主要来源于骨髓造血干细胞的单核巨噬细胞谱系。在促进OC生成的细胞因子、激素、PGE2等的作用下,脾细胞、人外周血单核细胞、骨髓细胞被诱导成OC。OC是维持骨代谢平衡和稳定的一种重要的细胞;其分化、产生及活性增加参与骨质破坏有关的疾病如骨质疏松、类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)、牙周病和Paget病。在这些疾病中均存在细胞因子的改变;这些细胞因子对破骨细胞分化的调控作用是这些疾病发生发展的关键。
