老年抑郁症患者服药相关信念的调查研究

摘要：

目的描述老年抑郁症患者对服用抗抑郁药物相关信念的状况。方法本研究采用问卷调查与个人访谈相结合的方式,采用Horne的特殊服药信念子量表(BMQ-S)对150例某三级甲等精神病专科医院门诊就诊或住院治疗的老年抑郁症患者进行测评,同时抽取其中20例患者进行个人访谈。结果 BMQ-S的服药必要性与服药担心两个维度得分为(3.41±0.74)分和(3.00±0.70)分,均处于较高水平。访谈资料提取的服药相关信念的3个主题为:药物有疗效、服药有顾虑、停药要尽早。结论本研究对就诊于精神病医院的老年抑郁症患者调查显示,患者对抗抑郁药物的疗效表示肯定,同时有对药物不良反应和成瘾的顾虑,且抱有早日停药的期望。建议临床护理工作者可立足于患者自身对服药的信念,尤其针对于长期药物维持治疗的态度,给予更个体化、更有效的健康指导。
