欧洲劳动力市场“灵活保障”模式再探究——以荷兰、法国和德国为例

摘要：

本文聚焦当代欧洲劳动力市场的"灵活保障"模式,首先概述劳动力市场"灵活保障"模式的理论,然后梳理和比较荷兰、德国、法国三国近几十年来劳动力市场"灵活保障"改革的政策实践,进而分析"灵活保障"模式在不同国家的适用性及其差异原因。本文研究发现,欧洲"灵活保障"模式在各国劳动力市场的应用并不总能取得同等效用,相同政策模式在不同社会协商类型和政治文化背景的国家中呈现截然不同的改革效果。欧洲一体化在社会层面的发展前景并不乐观。
