摘要：

知识转移已经成为转型组织面临的一个关键问题,有些组织的知识投入并未实现预期的价值创造。文章将组织视为开放、以知识为基础的解释系统,开发了关于转型组织知识转移的理论模型。通过强调组织的知识本质并剖析知识要求、吸收能力和知识投入,对这些问题提供了一个更全面的解释。
