胫骨高位截骨治疗内翻型膝关节骨关节炎的进展

摘要：

<正>伴随着人口老龄化的不断加速,中老年人的人口比率也在不断的升高,由此带来的膝关节骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)的发病率也在不断升高。据有关文献报道,膝骨关节炎发病率约占全身各关节骨关节炎的31%左右。从年龄来看,50岁者约80%、60岁者约90%、70岁以上者约100%都具有影像学的病理表现,但出现临床症状者仅占患者数的18%左右。在性别上的差异表现为女性发病率要高于男性发病率。
