<正>目前,人工全髋关节置换术(total hip replacement,THR)是治疗晚期髋关节骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、股骨头缺血性坏死、强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变、股骨颈骨折等所致疼痛、强直以及功能缺失的一种有效的治疗方法,它长期的有效性很大程度上取决于髋臼杯的准确安放[1]。Lewinnek等[2]推荐
