摘要：

<正>腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH,以下简称腰突症)是一种临床常见病、多发病,是腰腿痛最常见的病因之一。目前腰椎间盘突出症的治疗大体可分为非手术疗法和手术疗法。治疗方法选择取决于患者的年龄、病程、病理阶段和临床表现等。绝大多数患者都可经非手术疗法得到缓解或改善[1],有较多的研究提示两种疗法的远期疗效相似[2],其主要疗效指标差异并无显著统计学意义[3]。本文就
