<正>脑卒中相关性肺炎(stroke-associated pneumonia, SAP)是指原无肺部感染的患者在脑卒中后罹患的感染性肺实质炎症,它是脑卒中常见的并发症。2003年Hilker[1]首次提出SAP的概念,因SAP具有高发病率和高死亡率的特点,逐渐引起学者们的重视。2013年文献报道脑卒中患者SAP的发
