115例老年肺结核免疫功能观察

摘要：

对115例老年初治肺结核进行细胞免疫、体液免疫测定。结果提示,老年结核与正常老年相比,细胞免疫指标降低(LTT、Et-RFC、Ea-RFC的降低均有显著性差异,P<0.01或<0.05),体液免疫指标增高(P<0.01);与中青年患者相比,除IgA较高(P<0.01)外,其余均无明显性差异。治疗结果除IgA较治疗前有显著性降低(P<0.01)外,其余均未随病情好转而有明显恢复。
