摘要：

<正> 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种常见的慢性进展性神经系统变性疾病,以其在中老年人群中的高发病率和致残率及沉重的经济负担而备受关注。自1967年Cotzias等将左旋多巴(L-dopa)首次成功应用于临床后,PD患者的命运从此改变。至今,左旋多巴仍然是治疗PD的主要手段,然而左旋多巴治疗PD的"蜜月期"是短暂的,一般是2～5年,之后将出现运动并发症,包括异动症(L-dopa induceddyskinesia,LID),症状波动(wearing-off)及开关现象(on-off)等,这些是治疗PD所遇到的难题,也是现代PD治疗的焦点。本文就运动并发症的临床表现、危险因素、发病机制及
