摘要
<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)又称退行性骨关节病,是由多种因素引起关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的关节疾病,目前已越来越成为医患乃至社会关注的焦点话题。虽然年龄的增长、肥胖、炎症、创伤及遗传等危险因素被广泛接受,但OA明确的病因及发病机制仍需进一步研究探讨[1]。人类Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLR)是近年来发现的一类细胞表面信号转导跨膜受体,在固有免疫中对入侵病原微生物的识别发挥重要作用。目前研究发现,在OA的软骨和滑
