摘要：

衰老是机体代谢过程中的一个必然阶段 ,伴随着机体免疫功能下降以及感染、恶性肿瘤等的发病率增高 ,对于衰老免疫学机制的研究有助于延缓衰老 ,改善老龄社会的生活质量。文章就衰老过程中机体的免疫细胞、细胞因子、细胞粘附分子以及细胞凋亡等方面作一简要综述。
