摘要：

为探讨内皮细胞损伤和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在冠心病发病中的意义,我们测定了36例冠心病患者外周血中循环内皮细胞(CEC)、TNF和内皮素(ET)含量,发现这些指标均显著高于30例对照组(P值均<O.01),且与临床病情严重程度相平行,提示血管内皮细胞(VEC)和TNF可能参与CHD的发生发展过程.
