细胞焦亡在慢性肝脏疾病中作用的研究进展

摘要
焦亡作为一种炎症相关的程序性死亡方式,由细胞内炎症小体以及gasdermin蛋白家族成员GSDMD介导发生,伴随着细胞膜孔腔形成,以及炎性介质、电解质和细胞内容物的释放。炎性介质通过招募免疫细胞诱导炎症反应,细胞膜内外电解质失衡产生电化学和渗透梯度,水的进入造成细胞膜破裂。焦亡作为一种新型细胞死亡方式,存在于非酒精性脂肪肝病、酒精性脂肪肝病、病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化及肝癌病理进程中。该文就细胞焦亡发生机制及其在不同肝脏疾病中发挥的作用作一综述,为探究慢性肝脏疾病的病理机制与治疗策略提供新的思路。
