缩短2SHR/7HR方案化疗期的研究

摘要：

本文对79例敏感菌肺结核病例应用2SHR/7HR方案,以痰菌培养连续3个月阴性为停药标准。9个月阴转率98.7％,平均治疗期6含月,停药后2年细菌学复发率1.3％,证明改固定化疗期为不固定化疗期,可进一步缩短2SHR/7HR化疗期为平均6个月,其效果与9个月固定化疗期近、远期效果相同。
