<正>对金融体系性质的认识存在两种截然相反的观点:传统的观点认为,金融体系本身是稳定的,具有内在完备性,金融体系的动荡是由于不确定的随机事件冲击的结果。而另一种观点则认为,金融体系是内在不稳定的,其代表就是海曼.明斯基(Hyman P.Minsky)首先提出的"金融不稳定假说"(Financial Instability Hypothesis)。
