血小板在缺血性心血管疾病的急性缺血事件发生中起极其重要的关键作用 ,氯吡格雷是一种新型的抗血小板聚集药物。本文简要综述血小板在缺血性心血管病患者急性缺血发生中的作用机制与氯吡格雷的药理学特性及其临床应用
