摘要：

神经保护药物主要作用于脑缺血引发的细胞毒性机制,在脑缺血瀑布启动前使用此类药物能更好地减轻缺血性脑损伤。本文对谷氨酸受体拮抗剂、自由基清除剂、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)激动剂、胞二磷胆碱、炎症反应抑制剂、雌激素、促红细胞生成素等作了简要介绍。
