摘要
国外继任者来源理论运用实证分析的方法研究CEO继任者来源的影响因素,并形成三大理论:适应性理论、惯性理论和社会政治理论。根据我国739家上市公司1999年至2005年董事长和总经理继任者来源的研究发现,公司业绩、董事会、公司控制权变更等因素在很大程度上影响了继任者来源。
