Wetland is considered as a special ecosystem which has some functions in the earth.Wetland's carbon cycle is very important for global climate changes. The research on wetland soil CO-2 flux is a key of wetland carbon cycle. This paper analysed observation methods and influential factors of wetland soil CO-2 flux, introduced wetland soil CO-2 flux model, and discussed research emphases and direction on wetland soil CO-2 flux.
