摘要：

刘东方教授认为慢性心力衰竭(CHF)从本质上说是本虚标实之证,心气(阳)虚为本,血瘀、水停为本虚的基本病理改变。治疗上以中医辨证为基础,以益气温阳,活血利水为治疗大法,且善于应用虫类药,随症加减,经临床验证,取得满意的疗效。
