‘神农菊’挥发油提取优化及其在牛奶中的抑菌性能

摘要
应用单因素与Box-Benhnken试验,结合响应面分析法,对‘神农菊’挥发油最佳提取条件进行了相关分析研究;同时,以牛乳中的活菌数量为衡量指标,对‘神农菊’挥发油的抑菌性能做了体外试验。实验结果表明:‘神农菊’挥发油的最佳提取工艺为提取时间5.18 h,料液比为1∶14.15,Na Cl浓度为16.58%,该条件下挥发油得率的预测值为0.566%;在调整后的最佳提取条件下,实际挥发油得率为0.559%,与理论值的误差约为1%;加入‘神农菊’挥发油的牛乳中的活菌数量远远小于对照组中的活菌数量,且挥发油的抑菌性能随着其浓度的增加而增强。
