摘要：

采用泰士WCH型胃肠起搏仪对218例功能性胃肠病患者进行治疗,评估治疗前后临床症状改善情况,探讨胃肠起搏仪治疗功能性胃肠病的临床疗效及护理要点。通过治疗前全面的护理评估,治疗过程中起搏频率、幅度的正确选择及皮肤护理,治疗后的健康指导及贯穿始终的心理护理,患者症状改善,总有效率72.9%。有效的护理和健康教育可以提高患者治疗的信心和依从性,从而提高疗效。
