摘要
目的 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在维持骨组织平衡过程中发挥至关重要的作用,主要通过调节信号通路过程中的三类抑制物实现,分别为Sclerostin、Dickkopfs(DKKs)、Secreted frizzled-related proteins(SFRPs)。同时,与之相关的促进骨形成的新药,如Sclerostin单克隆抗体(AMG 785)和DKK1单克隆抗体(RH2-18),正在进行动物及III期临床试验。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的结构及分布,该通路及其调节机制对骨代谢的作用及与之相关的骨质疏松药物研究作一综述。
