<正>以心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症等疾病为代表的慢性疾病已成为影响中国居民健康和引起死亡的首要原因,目前中国确诊的慢性病患者已超过2.6亿例。多数慢性病是可防可控的,健康的生活方式和公民良好的健康素养是防控的关键,在卫生部卫办疾控发[2007]189号和卫办妇社发[2008]155号文中号召开展的"全民健康生活方式行动"和"中国公民健康素养促进行动"的政策背景下,上海市爱国卫生运动委员会自2007年开始,坚持每年在全市所有社区大规模推广"市民健康自我
