网络结构对创业绩效的影响研究——基于中国孵化企业的调查分析

摘要：

从定性与定量两个维度对网络结构指标进行归纳,构建了网络结构与创业绩效关系的理论模型,通过我国孵化企业的调研数据,实证检验网络结构对创业绩效不同维度的作用机理。结果表明定性维度下的关系强度、关系质量、异质性对创业绩效有显著正向影响,但异质性并不能带来短期财务绩效的提升;定量维度中除核心度以外,中心度、结构洞对创业绩效具有显著正向影响。
