辣椒碱的分离纯化及分析

摘要：

本实验将辣椒碱从辣椒中分离纯化出来 ,经气相色谱和质谱联机检测 ,该辣椒碱纯度达到 98%以上。主要由 3种类似物组成 :降二氢辣椒素 ( Nordidydrocapsaicin) ,占总量的5.97% ;辣椒素 ( Capsaicin) ,占总量的 57.30 % ,二氢辣椒素 ( Dihydrocapsaicin) ,占总量的35.0 8%。
