摘要：

选择雄性昆明种小鼠 ,经腹腔连续注射顺铂 5d。观察不同剂量顺铂对小鼠的毒作用及其停药后不同时间的转归。结果可见顺铂引起小鼠体重下降、肾脏器系数和肾损伤指标的异常 ,并呈剂量依赖关系。给予 3 0～ 4 0mg/kg的顺铂可产生明显的肾损伤。顺铂所致肾损伤在停药后可缓慢恢复
