电针对脑卒中后抑郁大鼠血清白介素-1β、白介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的影响

摘要
目的探究电针对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响,阐明电针治疗PSD的可能机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组,每组8只。采用中脑动脉闭塞(MCAO)和慢性不可预知应激法(CUMS)建立PSD模型。电针组针刺百会、神庭,每日1次,治疗1个月。观察大鼠糖水偏爱比及旷场实验行为;酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α含量。结果与正常组比较,PSD模型大鼠的糖水偏爱比、移动次数显著减少(P<0.01),IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组相比,电针组大鼠的糖水偏爱比、移动次数显著上升(P<0.01),IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β表达水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论电针能够通过减少促炎症因子IL-1β、 IL-6和TNF-α表达来减轻PSD。
