水稻亚种间单片段代换系的建立

摘要
利用微卫星标记辅助选择 ,建立了 2 9个以台中 6 5为受体、低脚乌尖或窄叶青为供体的单片段代换系 ,该代换系群体的代换片段分布于 9条染色体上 ,总长度为 6 43.6 5cM ,平均长度为 2 2 .19cM ,覆盖全基因组 42 7.5 5cM ,覆盖率为2 3.47%。
