<正>结直肠癌合并肝转移是普通外科的焦点,因为每年全世界范围将近有上百万的新发结直肠癌病例,并且发病率呈现上升趋势[1]。亚洲国家如中国、日本、韩国和新加坡,在过去10年里结直肠癌的发病率以2～4倍的速度增加[2]。西方国家,结直肠癌是排在第3位的多发肿瘤,同时也是老年人群(年龄>75岁)最常见的恶性肿瘤[3]。约25%的结直肠癌患者在最初诊断时即发现存在肝脏转移灶,另外约25%的患者在疾病进展过程
