关于原发性甲状腺功能减退合并腔隙性脑梗死危险因素的分析

摘要
目的:探讨原发性甲状腺功能减退合并腔隙性脑梗死的危险因素。方法:选取128例原发性甲状腺功能减退患者,分为合并腔隙性脑梗死组与非脑梗死组,对两组的一般资料、生化指标等进行对比分析。结果:两组在年龄、病程、吸烟指数、收缩压、胆固醇、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),而性别、舒张压、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、FT3、FT4、TSH等指标在两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:年龄大、病程长、血压高、血脂高、血尿酸高和吸烟是原发性甲状腺功能减退发生腔隙性脑梗死危险因素。
