教研员作为边界工作者:意涵与能力建构

摘要
组织学中的"边界"概念为分析教研员的桥梁作用提供了理论视角。教研室作为边界组织,面临着"同时满足教育行政机构与教师专业群体的需求"、"保持学校之间的差异与寻找系统变革的共享目标"的两大张力。教研员作为边界工作者,需要成为独立的边界工作者,实现互惠问责;学会管理实践共同体,发展分布式知能;开发边界物,促进教师实践的改变。
