摘要：

<正>现代意义的青少年学生心理健康咨询与服务始于美国,后渐为西方国家所重视。当前,西方发达国家已基本形成了较为完善的心理健康咨询服务体系。相对来说,我国心理健康咨询服务则发展较晚、发展水平较低,目前正处于发展初期。因此,学习国外青少年心理健康咨询服务经验,对于发展我国心理健康咨询服务理论具有重要意义。
