<正>传统观点认为帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种单纯的运动障碍性疾病,但近年来PD的非运动症状(non-motor symptoms,NMS)逐渐引起人们的重视。NMS主要分为4类:感觉障碍、睡眠障碍、神经精神障碍、自主神经功能障碍。NMS可贯穿于PD的始终,在疾病晚期给PD患者带来更为严重的影响,能够加重运动障碍、降低生活质量、缩短预期寿命。因此,加强对PD非运动症状的临床认识,寻求合理的干预策略和治疗措施,对PD的治疗和改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。本文将对PD非运动症状的流行病学、病理机
