慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的手术治疗(附102例报告)

摘要：

目的　探讨慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的手术治疗方法。　方法　总结应用前列腺被膜十字切开、膀胱颈成形术治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎 10 2例的经验。　结果　手术治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有效率 85 .3 % (87/ 10 2 ) ,其中梗阻型有效率 92 .6 % (6 3/ 6 8) ,疼痛型有效率 70 .6 % (2 4/ 34) ,43例 (4 2 % )平均随诊 4.5年 ,有效 36例 ,7例无效。　结论　手术治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎创伤小、安全、有效、并发症少
