摘要：

抗乙肝病毒药物一直是药物开发的热点。替比夫定是继拉米夫定、阿德福韦和恩替卡韦上市后,获准的第4个治疗慢性乙型肝炎的核苷类似物,为治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供了新的选择。现综述替比夫定的药理作用、药动学及治疗慢性乙型肝炎的ⅠⅢ期临床研究进展,并给出临床应用建议。
