中医药调控信号通路治疗骨肉瘤的研究

摘要
骨肉瘤是临床常见的原发性骨恶性肿瘤,具有高致死率和高致残率的特点,发病机制尚不明确,但各方面研究均表明其发生与发展是一个由多基因参与、多信号通路交叉作用的复杂过程。中医药治疗本病具有多生物活性成分、多靶点和多通路协同作用的优势,中药单体或提取物可以通过调控多条信号通路促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞自噬以及抑制肿瘤新生血管生成等发挥抗肿瘤作用。因此,本研究查阅整理了相关文献,重点对中医药调控分泌型糖蛋白(Wnt)、神经源性位点缺口同源蛋白(Notch)、核转录因子(nuclear factor,NF)-κB、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,PKB别名Akt)、有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activatedprotein kinase,MAPK)、Janus激酶(janus kinase,JAK)/信号转导及转录激活因子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT)等信号通路治疗骨肉瘤的相关研究进行述评,以期为中医药治疗骨肉瘤提供参考和依据。
