摘要：

目的探讨江西省社区老年人抑郁情绪现况及影响因素。方法整群随机抽取854名60岁以上老年人,进行老年抑郁量表(GDS)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、生活事件量表(LES)、日常生活能力(ADL)量表、自编问卷等评估。结果江西社区老年人抑郁情绪的检出率为45.32%,GDS总分为(10.63±6.55);单因素分析显示:女性、独居、不在婚、对邻里关系不满意、家庭经济水平较差、文化程度低、近半年有躯体疾病史等特征的老年人抑郁情绪发生率更高,且抑郁情绪更为严重;多因素Logistic回归显示:文化程度高、家庭经济条件好、社会支持水平高是抑郁情绪发生的保护因素,高龄、ADL差、生活事件多是抑郁情绪发生的危险因素。结论江西社区老年人抑郁情绪普遍存在,且受多种因素共同影响。
